Ensuring that our residents are "living well, every day" is our focus at St. David's.
Once you have decided to live at St David's, we will discuss your special needs. We will also ask you how you would like your room decorated and if you would like to bring any special items of furniture.
One of our nurses will be dedicated to taking on the special responsibility for overseeing your medical and care needs and developing an individual plan of care to meet all of your requirements. This will be updated regularly and discussed with you and a family member if you so wish.
Of course we will always remember that as an individual you will want to live it your way too. It's your home so invite your friends and relatives to come and visit as often as you like. We have created an area in the conservatory where visitors can make tea or coffee whenever they like.
We organise activities for residents both inside and outside the home. These change to reflect the interest of our residents. However constant favourites are the art and craft sessions, gardening and baking
We also have a wide range of visiting entertainers. Residents are encouraged to take advantage of living in North Norfolk; whether it's a an ice cream by the sea or enjoying the shows at Cromer Pier.
You can see what's happened recently by reading our Newsletters or visit us on FaceBook.
Our chef will introduce themselves to you and ask you about any special dietary requirements that you may have. They will also find out what type of dishes you would like to see on the menu. Our meals are freshly prepared on the premises every day. We use local Norfolk ingredients where ever possible.
