St. David's provides high quality nursing care to many residents from Norfolk and beyond. We offer a wide range of services but primarily provide nursing care for older people. We are able to offer recuperative and palliative care as well as general nursing and can accommodate any period from just a few days to long term care.
The building is a mainly purpose built to modern standards with many ensuite rooms, wide corridors and doorways, a high ceilinged dining room, a quiet room and two lounges. The dining room and one of the lounges open onto outdoor garden patios. We are located in Sheringham on the North Norfolk coast near Holt and Cromer.
It is a 10 minute walk to the center of Sheringham and the Bittern Line train station which runs regular service between Sheringham, Cromer, North Walsham and Norwich. There is also a bus stop just across the street from St. David's. Some of our residents walk into town daily. A public house and post office are near Common Lane and very close to the home.
Quality Care - St. David's is committed to providing professional and personalised care and achieving high standards. The rights, dignity and independence of our residents are as important as creating trust and confidence in our professional standards. All our residents have their care needs assessed prior to admission in order to develop a personal care plan which our registered nurses regularly review and update. You can read more about our approach in the Quality Assurance section.
